Privacy policy

Effective date: 3 November 2026. This policy covers the unconfigured limited-test Android build and this product website.

Who we are

Nitya Canvas — AI Auto Wallpaper (Nitya Canvas), package in.itkx.nithyacanvas — is provided by ITKX Technologies, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact nityacanvas@itkx.in.

Your photos stay on your device

The current test does not require an account. Photos selected through Android's system picker are copied into app-private storage for wallpaper application and scheduling. Gallery photos, favorites, schedules and local history stay on your device. We do not upload them in this build.

What the test does

The app uses wallpaper permission and reboot recovery. It does not request broad photo-library access. Android backup is disabled. You can remove unprotected cache in Settings; clearing app storage or uninstalling removes app-private data. Clearing data also removes your schedules and imported copies.

Website and network requests

This website uses no analytics scripts, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Hosting providers process connection information, such as IP addresses and requested URLs, to deliver and secure the service. Optional public catalog requests similarly send connection information to the configured host. We do not use it for advertising.

Support information

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use this to answer your request. Avoid sending private photos, passwords or credentials. You can request deletion of support correspondence at the same address; we will explain any information that must be retained for legal obligations.

Accounts and future AI

Google account sync, personal-photo cloud uploads and AI generation are not enabled in the public limited-test configuration. Those features require an updated policy, operational deletion controls and, for photo processing, explicit consent before release. No advertising or payment service is enabled.

See data deletion instructions for local removal and support requests. The app is a general-audience personalization utility. Contact us about privacy questions or concerns involving a child's information.
